Submitting books that are not in the romance genre is acceptable.  We aren’t above learning something new or broadening our reading horizon.  That being said, romance book author submission, will get first priority in the selection process.  Remember, the more detailed you can be with why you like the Author, the better chance your Author has for a spotlight.  So, show some love and submit your favorite author today!
