About RSJ Convention
Romance Slam Jam (RSJ) is a convention/conference that encourages diversity in literature. It recognizes the talent and creative literary works of authors who write romance books, women’s fiction, and multicultural characters to help authors gain exposure to all audiences in our multicultural world. The RSJ convention offers a network of authors and readers who participate in forums, panel discussions, fun games, awards, and workshops geared towards supporting the movement for more diversity in the publishing industry.

I have a passion for reading and promoting black authors. I love the family reunion atmosphere I get every year at Romance Slam Jam and I mark my calendar yearly not to miss it.
I could probably write a novel about the experiences of the RSJ and still miss something! Suffice to say it was one of the greatest experiences I have had as an author, and my intention is to make it to next year’s RSJ (in California) and every one thereafter!
