It’s Our Month, February, a whole month dedicated to love is finally here, and I hope, especially at a time like this, that you’re getting all the love and appreciation that you deserve.

I got to thinking about all the different kinds of people and love that there is today. It got me thinking, “Is love really universal throughout?” Well, we all want happiness, and we all want love. And whether you like the bad boy, the rich boy, or in some cases just the boy, are we able to appreciate the love story regardless of race, culture, or sexual orientation?

Do you know what the answer to that is? The answer is sometimes, No! You don’t have to appreciate it, maybe MM romance, or LGBT romance, or even interracial romance and love is not your thing. But what you do have to do is respect another person’s right to choose and love whomever they want. My guess is that love is universal throughout. And you don’t have to accept it or like it. Still, it is your moral responsibility to respect another human being as you would want to be respected yourself.

So here is a selection of romance books from an array of perspectives to surely bring a little joy to one and all. Let’s start with my new husband on the cover of “Behind the Mask” by Abbi Cook. It’s okay, say it with me, “Yum and Oh, My, Gosh!” This cover makes me tingle in all the right spots (don’t be judgy); I’m a gal who’s a sucker for bad boys. Check these romance books out. We’d love to hear which ones are your favorites.
