It’s always nice when someone writes: “The fabulous Romance Slam Jam.” Imagine our joy here at RSJ Convention when we got the wonderful opportunity to read author Raynetta Manees‘s review on her blog of her experience at the 2016 Romance Slam Jam book lovers event in Detroit. “The Romance Slam Jam was three days of fun, friendship, knowledge, and inspiration. It was so great to finally meet face to face so many readers and authors I have been talking with on the internet for years. I hadn’t seen my friend virtuoso author Beverly Jenkins in so long, and busy as she was, being sought after by literally everybody, we had a few semi-private moments to chat.”
Ms. Raynetta Manees went onto say . . .
“I could probably write a novel about the experiences of the RSJ and still miss something! Suffice to say it was one of the greatest experiences I have had as an author, and my intention is to make it to next year’s RSJ (in California) and every one thereafter!”
Well, we aim to please! A big shout out to Raynetta for letting everyone know. And a big thanks to the 2016 RSJ Team and the Diva Reader Book Club for doing such a phenomenal job at hosting the 2016 RSJ festivities.
